Typically, we ship orders via FedEx Ground, FedEx
Express Saver (three business day), Priority Mail (small packages),
and First Class Mail (very small packages). |

UPS is inconvenient for us, therefore requires
an additional handling fee, and we will use it only if you insist. |

We will clearly state packing and shipping charges
by e-mail or phone shortly after your order. Shipping cost depends
on service and destination. |

Payments are best done by international money
order or wire transfer. |

An additional $30.00 US dollars will be charged
to cover bank fees for wire transfers. |

| When Your Order Arrives... |

Before you sign for the shipment, inspect all
cartons for visible damage and note it on the delivery record.
If contents are damaged, please contact us immediately and the
carrier for inspection. We will help you with the damage claim
process. Also please let us know right away if you think something
is missing. |
| Return Authorization (RA) |
 |
A RA must be obtained before returning any
products. To obtain authorization, please just e-mail or call.
Returns must be in sellable condition and are not allowed
after 30 days. Returns must be sent insured in the original
cartons, with all the original packing materials in place.
We are not responsible for damage of returns due to improper
packing. Merchandise returned without an RA, or sent COD,
will be refused. Returns may be subject to a 20% repackaging
fee.
If you receive any item that fails to meet your expectations
in any way, please contact us immediately. We will then arrange
with you the most satisfactory return or exchange. |
